Inspired by a five-star café moment and a dream to make gourmet accessible, 85°c has grown into a global sensation—where handcrafted drinks and fresh-baked pastries shine. Driven by the idea that gourmet should be for everyone, 85°C has become a global phenomenon.  

So when it came time to refresh their U.S. presence, we rolled up our sleeves and brewed up a bold new design recipe.

The new space is unapologetically modern, warm, and fully branded—designed for today’s guest and tomorrow’s growth.  We analyzed what worked (hello, fresh bakes on the hour) and reimagined the rest to elevate the entire experience.  Coffee-colored tones meet natural woods to create warmth and welcome, while stone accents ground the design in timeless café tradition.  Branded reds add bold energy, softened by neutral chairs and elegant finishes.
