For Mendocino Farms’ Del Mar location, we brought their signature “Eat Happy” motto to life with a breezy, Bohemian California Chic design that’s as fresh and feel-good as their menu.  Think bright branded blues, woven textures, living green walls, and playful vintage inspired touches—a space where community gathers and good vibes are always on the menu.

This location is part of a three-style rollout we crafted with Mendo’s team, offering a unified brand experience across the U.S. while giving each store its own unique sense of place.  Del Mar is the golden child of the trio—laid-back, sunny, and stylishly unbuttoned.

While the core design elements remain consistent—white subway tile, stone counters, and concrete floors—this concept adds a layer of California cool.  Guests are welcomed into an environment that feels fresh, friendly, and full of joy.  It’s an open invitation to linger, laugh, and yes—Eat Happy.
